Data is important to enterprise. Beshton is hiring data analysts, data engineers to enhance my presence on financial market. Our Financial Risk Management product will use machine learning, Artificial Intelligence to help financial institutions to manage investment risk and evaluate applications.

  1. Data Analyst:  

Job Description:

  • Make data collecting and processing plans. Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality for further analysis. Manage databases of different products. 
  • Define metric, refine the existing metric framework, monitor trends over time and identify the root cause of any changes in metric. Build dashboards to monitor product performance and customer behavior
  • Build predictive models based on historical data and evaluate & improve model performance and by using statistical techniques, Machine Learning knowledge and Artificial Intelligence framework
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for existing or new features of products. Make statistical hypotheses to compare the performance of different versions. 
  • Deliver actionable reports, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI. Can create dashboards.

Requirement:

Minimum a Master’s degree in Applied/Data Analytics, or a closely related field

2. Data Analyst:  

Job Description:

  • Analyze and interpret financial risk data for Beshton, its customers, and its partner companies using expertise in economics and statistics; 
  • Develop software and mathematical tools to evaluate loan applications and risk management, design statistical methods and algorithms for use in tools;
  • Identify trends in financial data and risk factors for businesses, process large amounts of collected data and make use of increased data points to increase forecasting accuracy;
  • Design Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models, apply modeling to Beshton’s data analysis tools and services;
  • Evaluate the algorithms and methods in risk management software to validate results and verify the accuracy of calculations;
  • Present software deliverables to management and client companies, make changes to analysis tools based on software requirements;
  • Report analysis results using internal tools, provide statistical visualizations and in-depth reporting that translates data into business insight.

Requirement:

Minimum a Master’s Degree in Economics/Econometrics.

3.  Data Engineer:  

Job Description:

  • Develop mathematical analysis models to use in development of Beshton’s website applications for identifying product marketing influence and other software products to assist clients in improving their business operations;
  • Apply knowledge of statistics and mathematics to software data analysis and provide analytical support on big data projects;
  • Assemble data such as product news and process the data to use in analysis, utilize analytical methods including regression analysis and hypothesis testing;
  • Design and analyze statistical algorithms for use in software, collaborate with application developers to ensure the mathematical accuracy of the platform;
  • Perform complex analysis computations to validate software models and algorithms, identify discrepancies, and develop solutions;
  • Disseminate analysis results through presenting reports with data visualizations to explain analysis process and results to peers and management.

4. Backend Engineer

Job Description:

  • Develop applications for the company, ensuring that design specifications and deadlines are met and that company standards are upheld, provide code support as necessary.
  • Determine application architecture and components, develop Angular JS framework for customer platforms, implement application features.
  • Analyze system requirements and use the latest development tools to set up applications for the customer and implement requested features.
  • Store, retrieve, and manipulate system data, develop the backend server to support the web platform, ensure server functionality and optimize server performance.
  • Develop testing methods and carry out diligent software testing for the platform including its backend server, ensure stable and efficient operations.
  • Confer with developers, designers, and client company departments to develop platform, improve application design, and enhance user experience.
  • Establish the Distributed Tracing and visualization of server logs using tools such as Spring Cloud Sleuth and ELK Stack.
  • Implement load balancing, integrated dashboard to monitor spring micro-services using Grafana, or similar tools.
  • Consult with customers and users about platform usage, identify system problems and troubleshoot any performance or accessibility issues using customer feedback.

Requirement:

Minimum a Master’s Degree in computer science or engineering degree or a closely related field.
