JOB TITLE:

JOB DUTIES:
Study latest LLM and AI related topics, build MCP servers, leverage vector database, build RAG solution for specific industry. Customize containers for each customer with MCP AI solution. Work with our senior engineers and PMs to define product features and implement AI solutions. define data requirements, gather and validate data related to the clients and apply mathematical methods to data to solve client’s problems; observe the current system in operation and gather and analyze information about each of the parts of components problem. Propose AI components for smart solutions. Increase customer satisfaction with AI, reduce cost on customer support and product maintenance.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering or related, such as computer engineering, or civil engineering.

Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Software Engineer Intern
JOB TITLE:
Software Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
Study and analyze information gathered by company services to determine data issues affecting clients and to recommend solutions; formulate, design and evaluate mathematical models of problems and perform regression analysis using array of analytical tools; perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary; prepare reports of analysis findings that define and evaluate findings to both management and end users; examine mathematical relationships between system components in order to develop business insight and provide actionable information to the company; define data requirements, gather and validate data related to the clients and apply mathematical methods to data to solve client’s problems; observe the current system in operation and gather and analyze information about each of the parts of components problem.

Data Engineer Intern
JOB TITLE:
Data Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
• As an Enterprise Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with both business and technical teams to define and build data and analytics solutions balancing technical excellence and sustainability with delivering mission critical decision making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate alignment on KPI definitions and build executive-facing dashboards and reports to use for business-critical decision making
• Work within the Enterprise Data team and partner with Engineering and Analyst teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of data sets and reporting
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to develop pipelines, transformation, and data products for use in reporting and by other analytics teams across the company
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and communication relevant to your initiatives and business stakeholders as required
• Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems
• Research and determine scope and complexity of issues so as to identify steps to fix issues
• Determine root causes for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
REQUIREMENT:
• Build relationships with key business partners, deconstructing complex, ambiguous business problems into prioritized, outcome-based data and analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate alignment on KPI definitions and build executive-facing dashboards and reports to use for business-critical decision making.
• Work within the Enterprise Data team and partner with Engineering and Analyst teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of data sets and reporting.

Relevant Experience:
• 5+ years of experience working in analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and analyze problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions.
• Experience evaluating large data sets for accuracy and integrity.
• Expert SQL skills and working experience writing complex queries.
• Expert Knowledge of BI tool – Tableau.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake or Big Query.
• Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others.
• Capable of working on own initiatives and as a part of a team. • Familiarity working with NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Redshift and Looker a plus
